By accessing or using StreamShare's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

StreamShare provides a platform that enables artists to share a fixed percentage of their net streaming receipts with fans through non-transferable percentage slices.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Revenue Sharing

Artists may allocate a fixed percentage of net streaming receipts for specific tracks or EPs. Fans may purchase percentage slices for fixed terms.

5. Payment Terms

StreamShare calculates and accrues shares monthly based on distributor statements. Payouts occur via bank transfer when applicable thresholds are met.

6. Intellectual Property

Artists retain all rights to their musical works. StreamShare only facilitates the sharing of streaming revenue.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

StreamShare's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
